November 28, 2024 – Over the past year, Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam has received a steady supply of both Mobby 2 units and it’s XL variant, already numbering in the hundreds. These chairs have been ordered with a custom light blue colored coating, seamlessly matching the KLM company’s blue color. When Axxicom approached Special Mobility with the idea of custom-colored Mobby-Movers to match their blue Mobbys, we were more than happy to oblige.

The newly delivered Mobby-Movers, coated in the same blue color as the Mobby 2 XL units, not only complement the aesthetic of Schiphol and its national airline but also bring advanced functionality to their PRM operations. These Movers are designed to transport multiple manual chairs at once, retrieve scattered units from across the terminal, and reduce physical strain for staff—all while ensuring passengers receive efficient and comfortable service.
