#HAMUpgrade deploys Multimobby as part of Modernising Program!

Oktober 9, 2025 – Hamburg Airport in Germany has spent significant amount of time and recourses into modernising and enhancing their entire airport. This massive undertaking is called the #HAMUpgrade program, of which they have proudly demonstrated how they’ve tackled many areas within their organisation. Some examples are baggage handling, sanitation facilities, passenger comfort areas, and many more. This includes the improvements made to their PRM-services, which they expanded upon with the fully personalised Multimobby 6-Seater.

The Multimobby is a fully electric transportation vehicle, which makes them a great addition to Hamburg’s efforts to modernise through eco-friendliness, making them a perfect fit within Hamburg Airport’s sustainability and modernisation goals. No, the Multimobby units are specifically developed for indoor use, for example within airports, terminals, and healthcare facilities. They are not designed to withstand weather conditions such as rain or temperature fluctuations and are not equipped for safe participation in regular traffic or outdoor public-road use. For safe, efficient, and comfortable transfers inside buildings, the Multimobby units are ideally suited. For outdoor use, we recommend alternative solutions.
