One Device for Every Aircraft Configuration

Aircraft interiors vary significantly. Seat pitch, staggered seating arrangements and overlapping seat structures can make conventional passenger transfer devices difficult—or impossible—to position correctly.

The Passenger Transfer Device (PTD) has been specifically developed to overcome these challenges. Its innovative adjustable slanted frame allows the device to align with aircraft seat geometry while maintaining outstanding stability and ease of operation, making it a true one-size-fits-all solution for modern aircraft fleets:

  • Adjustable slanted frame: Unlike conventional vertical frame designs, the PTD features articulated joints at both the wheelbase and upper frame. This allows each side of the frame to tilt up to 6.5 degrees, enabling smooth positioning between closely spaced seat rows while maintaining excellent stability.
  • Universal aircraft compatibility: The adjustable frame geometry enables operation in aircraft layouts where traditional passenger transfer devices cannot be used, allowing airlines to standardise on a single solution across virtually every aircraft configuration.
  • Access to both sides of the cabin: The frame can be adjusted in either direction, allowing operators to position passengers comfortably in window or aisle seats on both sides of the aircraft.
