Personal data we process

Special Mobility does not process personal data because it is not possible to leave personal data on our site. We also do not use social media plugins.

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under the age of 16, unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data from being collected about children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us at info@specialmobility.eu, and we will delete this information.

For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data

Special Mobility processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To inform you about changes to our services and products.
  • To analyze your behavior on the website to improve the website and tailor our products and services to your preferences.
  • Special Mobility B.V. tracks your browsing behavior across different websites to align our products and services with your needs.
  • Special Mobility B.V. also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data required for our tax returns.

Automated decision-making

Special Mobility does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that could have significant consequences for individuals. This refers to decisions made by computer programs or systems without human involvement (e.g., a Special Mobility employee).

How long we keep personal data

Special Mobility does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention period for personal data: 7 years.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Special Mobility does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if necessary to fulfill our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we sign a data processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Special Mobility remains responsible for these processes.

Cookies or similar techniques we use

Special Mobility only uses technical and functional cookies, as well as analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer, tablet, or smartphone when you first visit this website. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your convenience. They ensure the website works properly and, for example, remember your preferences. Accessing, modifying, or deleting data

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Special Mobility, as well as the right to data portability. This means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization specified by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to info@specialmobility.eu.
